     I never thought that America would be the kind of country where we sent people to gulags with no due process and defended the dictators of the world while showing total indifference to the suffering of innocent men, women and children all over the world.  This must be how people in early 1930’s Germany felt while watching their country being taken over by hate and ignorance.  There is no denying the similarities between Trump and Hitler now that he has shown how callus he is about taking a father and putting him in a torture dungeon with no due process and laughing about his suffering with his dictator buddy Bukele.

     This is the darkest time our country has ever faced, because this time we know from history exactly what is wrong with the situation and the fact that we are allowing it is shameful.  Books are going to be written about the criminality of this administration and historians will be studying this for a long, long time.
